1. Who operates the service

These Terms & Conditions govern the SNP Print website, desktop print software, dashboard, and customer upload flow. SNP Print is operated by M/S AI Luxeo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). A “shop owner” subscribes to the software; a “customer” uses a participating shop’s QR code to submit a print order.

2. What the service does

The platform is intended to help participating print shops receive digital print jobs, review orders, route approved jobs to connected printers, manage print options, and show customers order progress and an estimated ready time. Photo editing tools can prepare printable sheets. The public website includes sample dashboards and demonstrations. A demo is illustrative and does not submit a real print order.

Shop owners supply, configure, and maintain their own printers, paper, ink, internet, and local counter operations. A customer’s physical print is supplied by the participating shop, not shipped by SNP Print.

3. Accounts, access, and shop duties

Shop owners must provide accurate registration and billing information, keep account credentials secure, and allow only authorized staff to access their dashboard. They are responsible for reviewing jobs before approval, their own per-page prices, local taxes and licences, and the handling of printed paper at the counter.

Customers must submit only files they are entitled to print and check their print selections before sending an order. The shop may reject an order that is unreadable, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with its published terms.

4. Plans, prices, and payment

SNP Print Monthly costs ₹99 per month and Yearly costs ₹999 per year. Both plans include the same complete feature set. White labeling is optional and quoted separately. Any applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before payment. A plan is not automatically renewed unless the checkout clearly states that it is recurring and the shop owner authorizes recurring payment. M/S AI Luxeo uses its Razorpay account to collect payments for SNP Print software plans only, not for a participating shop’s physical print jobs. Any online payment a shop accepts from its own customers is a separate transaction under that shop’s arrangements. We receive software-plan payment status and transaction references for fulfilment, support, and accounting; we do not store card credentials.

If a software-plan payment is debited but access is not supplied, contact Contact & Grievances with the transaction reference. We will check the payment status and either provide the service or handle the payment under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery and cancellation

Software access is supplied digitally as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. You may ask to cancel a plan through the registered contact channel. Cancellation does not by itself reverse an already completed payment; eligibility is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use SNP Print to submit counterfeit documents or currency, infringing material, unlawful content, malware, or files intended to disrupt a shop, device, or the service. Do not probe or bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or use another shop’s account without permission. We may suspend access to investigate misuse or comply with law, while preserving applicable refund and consumer rights.

7. Files, privacy, and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content in files you submit. You give us and the participating shop only the limited permission needed to process the requested print job. Print files are not a backup service. Their handling is explained in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy. The SNP Print software, brand, and website materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular uptime percentage. Local printer faults, electricity, connectivity, bank networks, and payment provider outages can affect a transaction. We will address service failures and customer complaints fairly. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated through an available registered contact channel where practicable. Indian law applies. Please contact Contact & Grievances first so we can investigate a concern; unresolved disputes may be taken to a court or consumer forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
