1. Digital product
SNP Print sells software access and related digital services to print shops. No box, disc, paper, or other physical item is shipped when a shop buys a software plan. Physical prints requested from a participating shop are produced and handed over by that shop under its own counter arrangements.
2. How access is supplied
After a successful plan payment, we provide the relevant access, download, activation, or setup instructions through the contact details used for the purchase or the product account. The checkout or quotation may specify additional setup steps for a white-label or custom service.
3. If access does not arrive
If you have paid but do not receive access or instructions by the next business day, contact [email protected] or call +91 9436999595. Include the transaction reference and shop name. We will verify payment and provide access or handle the matter under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Physical printing at a shop
SNP Print does not set a universal pickup or delivery time for local print jobs. The participating shop controls printing, paper, pickup, local delivery if offered, and any charges for physical copies. Ask that shop for its fulfilment details before paying for a print order.

For a payment, refund, or deletion request, include your registered contact details and transaction or order reference. Please do not email card numbers, CVV, PIN, passwords, or copies of print files unless we specifically ask for a secure method.
